Come along to a quiet and calm PJ's in the evening and pick your own piece of pottery to paint/decorate to your own design. Our staff will be there to give advice and direction but really it's about creating your own unique piece.

The Parade will commence at the Church Car Park and finish at the Town Car Park, Quay Street. The parade promises to be a spectacular event showcasing all the local clubs, groups and businesses we are fortunate to have in our town. You will also be entertained by a variety of characters and street entertainment!

The parade will be followed by our Official Opening Ceremony by Celebrity Guest - Irish Cricket Hero John Mooney.

Remember Us Special Needs Group are linking The Community together in a World Record Attempt To Handcuff a Record Breaking Number of People Together to Raise Vital Funds For The Group. They need 800+ to break the current record so as a community let's link together in aid of Remember Us Special Needs Group and get Balbriggan in the Guinness Book of Records!

There will be a special mass to bless our boats on the harbour by our Parish Priest - Father Eugene. After the mass the Balloon Release (in aid of Balbriggan Cancer Support Group) will take place. A beautiful sight for all to witness.

Balloons on sale around the town, look out for posters in shop windows. To buy a balloon, simply fill in a label for a loved one who has passed, someone in need of a special prayer or any one you'd like to think of. All cards will be blessed during the Blessing of the Boats ceremony and your special balloon will be released. €2.50 per balloon.

All proceeds are going to Balbriggan Cancer Support Group.

Balbriggan Summerfest will be selling ducks in Millfield on Friday 27th & Saturday 28th May for their annual duck derby on 5th June. Please support the duck derby and make it a great day for everyone...
